Wouldn’t call it Prime at all. Perhaps a good place to drink and smoke, not the best place to eat12 oz $35 medium steak - so so, average. $35 does not include sides. Just steak. You pay separate for salads, etc.Mashed potato $7 - leaves terrible aftertaste, did not feel fresh. Probably, the worst mashed potato I have ever had Salad - tasteless Bread - okLobster soup - whatever... so so Good service though. Decent wine selection.

Not in the strict sense. But not recommended to go in beach attire.
Nice dress casual is recommended.
The food is good & they have great Happy Hour prices, too!
